Our Marketing Director, Karen Birtcher is a retired educator of 30 years with a master’s degree in Supervision and Gifted Education Certification. She also brings to the table 27 years of experience in the direct selling industry where she was a sales consultant as well as team leader with over 100 sales consultants under her guidance.
With her background in education and direct sales, Karen brings new and innovative ideas to our events. She has been with Pugh’s Designer Jewelers for 2 years.
Karen and her husband, Dick have recently downsized and are currently enjoying apartment living in downtown Newark.
