Refunds and exchanges on inventory items will be issued within 30 days from the date of purchase on items that are in the original condition, unused, and unworn. If jewelry has been altered (sized or modified) a modest restocking fee may be applied. Finace sales, personalized itmes, speical orders and custom made items may not be returned. If you ordered online and wanting to return, you will be required to pay for the return shipping label.
Layaways require a 20% down payment for the stock inventory. Monthly payments are required and layaways should be paid in fill within six months. Speical orders or custom made items may require 50% deposit with monthly payments not to exceed six months. If layaway is cancelled, payments will be kept on account as a store credit for future purchases.
Pugh's Desigenr Jewelers will clean and check your purchase anytime free of charge. We recommend this to be done at least twice a year.
We do not accpet any responsibility for clarity enhanced diamonds or gemstones treatments damaged during repairs. Repairs on items purchased elsewhere have a thirty day warranty that we preformed the work to the customers satisfaction. We may not be able to guarantee some repairs, which will be stated to the customer.

If your order is less than $100 plus tax it will be $10.00 shipping fee applied.
If your order is greater than $100 not including tax shipping will be free.
Shipping will be through USPS. Priority mail.
If your jewlery item is in our current stock, we will ship the item within 1-3 business days.
If you item is made to order or we have to order the item from a designer wait time could be up to 3-6 weeks then we would ship.
